Shipping Policy

Policy & guidelines for shipments of any product from NSSB.

All products that require to be delivered via post, courier, shipment by Naturalife Solution Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) are bound to the shipping policy below.

  1. All of the items in an order must be shipped to a single address.
  2. Items in stock usually ship within 1 – 3 business days after the order is received.
  3. Customer will receive the tracking information when the order is shipped (once available).
  4. If any of the items appears to be out of stock, the amount paid will be refunded to customer in full.
  5. The Company generally use Pos Laju as its main courier service provider. However, the Company reserves the rights to switch the courier service provider accordingly on case-to-case basis.
  6. A valid address & contact details are compulsory for all deliveries. Any return due to invalid address shall not be borne by the Company.
  7. The shipping rates will be based on the location of the address. The shipping cost shall be paid to the Company prior to any delivery. Any adjustment is subject to the Company’s approval.
